To ensure that valuable and sensitive components arrive at their destination in pristine condition, a little extra attention is often required. 1. Why did you choose LogiBin® from Stafa?

It is very important to streamline our internal processes and ensure continuïteit. After all, it is a waste to run out of materials, especially when it comes to relatively inexpensive parts such as bolts and nuts. A shortage of these materials can lead to delays and extra costs for orders. Managing our stock of nuts and bolts was time-consuming and sometimes challenging. Fortunately, STAFA now has a clear picture of our needs, allowing them to process ad hoc orders efficiently. With the help of LogiBin® we now have full control over this part of our inventory.

2. What are your savings/efficiencies you are achieving through LogiBin®

LogiBin® has enabled significant savings for us. This is mainly due to avoiding situations where we urgently need to buy more expensive bolts and nuts because our stock has run out. Moreover, we avoid having to shut down our production, which entails significant costs. In addition, there is now no need for our colleagues to place orders, which was a time-consuming task. Reducing the number of invoices also contributes to cost savings. Finally, thanks to these improvements, we have made significant progress in our warehouse and on the shop floor.

3. Would you recommend LogiBin® to other companies and why?

I would highly recommend LogiBin® because of the close customer relationship with Stafa and their alertness. If unexpected issues arise, we get immediate notification from STAFA, which is considered very positive. Changes in parts lists and requirements are times when both parties have to be alert to keep our stock up to date, and STAFA thinks along very constructively here. LogiBin® offers a worry-free and pleasant cooperation and helps us in the right direction when it comes to stock management.
