Productquality
At Stafa, quality is a given. Our fasteners comply with the most stringent safety standards and are CE approved where applicable. We perform random checks on incoming products in our own quality room, where we carry out tensile tests and check for thread deviations. We also perform hardness measurements, microscopic and optical (surface) checks and salt spray tests. Certificates are of course available. We also monitor quality outside the head office: branches in China and Taiwan allow us to stay close to our suppliers. Stafa works with carefully selected – and often certified – manufacturers. This integrated approach allows us to monitor product quality each and every day.
Process quality
Stafa is certified in accordance with ISO 9001-2015 and we monitor our processes at all times, adjusting them where necessary. Our quality management system enables us to continuously improve our processes. All this means that process quality is an integral part of the whole organization, and we are constantly pushing ourselves to get better at what we do. This is how we excel and exceed our customers’ expectations.
