In recent months we have been busy finalising and setting up our new ERP system. We are proud to announce that we will officially go live on 30 November 2020.
The new system ensures that orders can be processed even faster. This will make the entire logistics process even more streamlined.
Important for you to know is that we will be working with new article numbers. The old ones will remain visible for the time being in order to make the transition as easy as possible for you. In addition, the layout of our order confirmations and invoices, among other things, will also look different.
In addition to the new ERP system, we are also switching to a new warehouse management system. Last but not least, our new webshop will also be launched. This will make ordering even easier for you as a customer.
What can you expect from our new webshop?
The webshop is based on a completely new system and is a major upgrade to our current webshop. In addition to the new design, a number of functions have been added for an even better user experience:
- Extensive search possibilities through filters
- Renewed and clear menu
- Faster order processing
- Clear stock indication
- Direct insight into customer-specific prices
- Easy to place repeat orders
- Handy order templates to use
- Clear product information available
Attention! Due to the conversion to the new ERP system, no orders will be processed on Friday 27 November. These will be processed on Monday 30 November. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
