Did you know that Stafa offers employment to 200 - 300 people with a distance to the labor market? We are currently working intensively with +/- 15 sheltered workshops. Paul Kempen coordinates this entire process from Stafa. The work carried out here is very diverse.
From metalworking, technical assembly, box folding and packaging to internal group secondment. Stafa also structurally employs several people who cannot be part of the regular employment process. They carry out similar activities and are therefore a valued member of our team. Stafa supervises these employees and this process intensively and we are extremely proud of these collaborations. They are all part of Stafa's success.
It is wonderful to see that in this way we create added value for them personally as well as for us as a company!
